Fri & Sat March 31-April 1– Cordell Faculty Director Professor Neil Richards, Cordell Fellow Professor Woody Hartzog (Boston University) and Cordell Research Fellow Jordan Francis are presenting a discussion entitled Disloyal Advertising as part of a two-day symposium at Harvard Law School, Beyond the FTC: The Future of Privacy Enforcement. The symposium is a collaboration between the University of Iowa’s Innovation, Business and Law Center and Harvard’s Journal of Law and Technology.
