Explore Privacy during a Pandemic

There are few settled legal rules or social norms to govern the collection and use of health data in such worldwide exigent circumstances.

This project will examine the public health tools, laws, policies and agreements being used and to what extent they differ across jurisdictions and cultures. It will provide a framework for understanding privacy in the exigent circumstances of a pandemic. And it will offer practical technologies, public health measures and laws that could serve to reconcile public health and privacy concerns moving forward.
